·        Revised existing bylaws and standards of this growing fraternity

·        Enforced bylaws and promoted members to establish competitive academics, become scholars in their academic fields, exemplify gentlemen like qualities, and strive for leadership excellence in any endeavor

·        Maintained ritual equipment and placed brothers through their rituals, gave out warnings and penalties for non-compliance

University of Rhode Island Marching Band

·        Played snare drum for three years of my college career – captain of the drum line my junior year of college

·        Performed our field show routines for audiences during half-time shows and other venues

·        Organize warm-ups, drills, marching fundamentals, cadences, field show music, and assist with the Marching Band

·        Prior to student teaching - maintained a student’s Individualized Education Plans in any program dealing with math

·        Certified to instruct students in a multiple of academic subjects including Math Essentials, Academic Reading, Beginning Reading, Study Skills, Advanced Reading Skills, Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry, Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, and SAT Prep

·        Every six sessions for student a Product Quality Review (PQR) was done to check-up on the program to ensure the student is being challenged enough with academic growth
